Hardee County Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event

Please help protect our environment by gathering up your household hazardous waste and participating in our collection program.  This program is provided for Hardee County residents only and allows residents to dispose of up to 60 pounds of household hazardous waste per home for free.

ACCEPTED MATERIALS:

• Household Chemicals and Cleaners
• Garden Pesticides, Insecticides, Herbicides
• Old Paints and Paint Removers
• Old Gasoline and Petroleum Products
• Wood Preservations, Stains, Polyurethanes
• Antifreeze, Brake Fluid, Transmission Fluids
• Pool Chemicals, Photographic Chemicals
• Florescent Light Bulbs
