Ordinance 2026-02 – Rezone of 114.5 Acres

The Hardee County BOCC will hear the first reading of Ordinance 2026-02 on August 20, 2026, for a rezoning request of approximately 114.5 +/- acres within the unincorporated area, from Agricultural (A-1) to Planned Unit Development (PUD).  If approved, the rezoning will amend the previously approved Master Development Plan in the Rural Village Future Land Use Category.  The Ordinance and Business Impact Estimate are available for review.
