Ordinance 2025-02 – Rezoning Request

Ordinance 2025-02 is requesting the Board of County Commissioners of Hardee County to approve a rezoning of 3.42 +/- acres from agriculture to neighborhood commercial.  A copy of the Business Impact Study can be found here.
