Ordinance 2025-04 – Comprehensive Plan Amendment

Ordinance 2025-04 is requesting the Board of County Commissioners of Hardee County to approve a comprehensive plan amendment within the unincorporated area, changing the future land use designation of 3.42 +/- acres from agriculture to rural center future land use category.  A copy of the Business Impact Study can be found here.
