Ordinance 2025-09 – Update Section 13.03 of the ULDC

Ordinance 2025-09 is a proposal to amend Section 13.03.00 mining regulations of the Hardee County Unified Land Development Code to provide clarity for requirements pertaining to submittal requirements for applications and annual reviews and a requirement for the County to maintain a map of the status of phosphate mining.  A copy of the business impact study can be found here.
