Ordinance 2026-03 – Comprehensive Plan Amendment for 114.5 Acres
The Hardee County BOCC will hear the first reading of Ordinance 2026-03 on August 20, 2026, for an amendment of the future land use designation of approximately 114.5 +/- acres from agricultural to rural village. The Ordinance and Business Impact Estimate are available for review.
