Ordinance 2026-06 – Cost Recovery
The Hardee County BOCC will vote on Ordinance 2026-06 which will amend Chapter 2 “Administration” of the Hardee County Code of Ordinances to add Article IV “Cost Recovery” to establish a cost recovery program providing for reimbursement of the cost of review of certain land development applications.
